Yoga Retreat

At the BEATUS Wellness- & Spa-Hotel, right on Lake Thun, you'll find the peace and family atmosphere you need to fully focus on yourself, your practice, and your path.

During the course of the stage at all levels, we will cover the basic positions and their many variations, as well as the important aspects of pranayama with a daily practice in the morning and evening. 

The retreat takes place from 3rd to the 6th July 2025. It will be conducted in French (the instructor also speaks English and Italian).

Sophie D'Avenia

Biography von Sophie D'Avenia

Certified 500H Yoga Alliance teacher. I have studied Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with many renowned teachers and have taken many courses.

In 2016 I created the Feel Good Yoga studio and in 2019 Feel Good Yoga Academy with a 500H teacher training programme. The yoga I teach is hatha, Ashtanga-inspired, based on breathing, bandhas and drishtis. It's an intense practice, but one that respects each individual's possibilities. Each session includes pranayamas and guided meditations.
