Mindfulness-Retreat

Mindfulness means awareness. This can be understod as alertness and presence of the natural mind. Mindfulness allows us to be consciously positive, to maintain supportive mental states. If it is not present, negative or harmful mental states can develop. In Buddhism, mindfulness is thus seen as a factor of maturity; this we practice together with other maturity factors such as joy, energy, peace, concentration and serenity in order to experience the happiness that results.

The retreat will be held from 23rd to 27th March 2025 and from 16th to 20th November 2025.

I love to experience the joy of simple moments and to view the personal dramas of life with an alert, caring spirit. Because every moment contains countless possibilities for happiness, acknowledgement and joie de vivre. We practice mindfulness with the body in a very simple way: with gentle yoga, fascia and energy exercises, with our pleasant, unpleasant and neutral feelings, with our moods or mental states, but also with our wondrous ideas and personalities. These all provide ample basis for moments of clarity and serenity, if we let them. Accompany us on this voyage of discovery.

Day 1
8:00 Gentle yoga / breathing exercises / meditation
9:30 Breakfast
11:00 Basics of mindfulness and meditation
12:30 Light lunch followed by free time for wellness, short walks, etc.
17:00 Yin yoga and meditation
19:00 Dinner

Day 2 and 3
8:00 Gentle yoga / breathing exercises / meditation
9:30 Breakfast
11:00 Flow state in life (day 2); freedom of emotions (day 3)
12:30 Light lunch followed by free time for wellness, short walks, etc.
17:00 Energy excercises and meditation 
19:00 Dinner
