Selfcare-Retreat

Do you often feel tired, listless and exhausted? Many people are familiar with this condition. You go on holiday to relax, but your batteries are quickly drained again in everyday life. Things don't run smoothly, thoughts go round in circles. Body and mind do not work together harmoniously.

In the retreat, you learn to consciously generate positive emotions and reduce stress through heart coherence. The greater your coherence, the better your autonomic nervous system and the psychological and physiological processes in your body work together.

I have been working as a commercial film producer for over 24 years and have gained extensive experience in team leadership and crisis management. At the same time, I support people to be emotionally and mentally stable. I promote self-regulation, self-leadership and self-care in a holistic way. In the past, I was often drained by my role as a working mum and stressful projects. It wasn't until I started focussing on myself, understanding my own needs and practising real self-care that this changed.

Explanations are provided at the beginning of the Retreat. All meals can be taken as a group on request. There is time each afternoon for wellness, excursions, massages and treatments in the hotel.
